Radian Apartments offers 4 private single rooms each with their own PRIVATE BATHROOM for a minimum 90 day rental to student interns. Each private suite is fully furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf and 3 drawer dresser. Residents share a common area that offers a full-size kitchen, a dining set and an in-unit smart washer/dryer.

Additional monthly fees include:
• $70 utility (water, sewer, trash)flat fee
• $25 power bill flat fee
• $15 renters insurance
• $22 internet/parcel locker

Leases cannot extend past 8/31/26.

Units are same-gender assigned and currently only male rooms are available.
