Utilities:
- Water/Sewer/Garbage – Based on square footage and number of occupants
- Utility Billing Admin Fee – $4/month

Renters Insurance:
Proof of renters insurance required for all residents

Move-In Fees:
- Application Fee – $50 per adult
- First Month’s Rent (Pro-rated to move-in date)
- Refundable Security Deposit – $750

Parking:
- Reserved Stall – $175/month

Pets:
- Pet Rent – $35/month per pet
- Refundable Pet Deposit – $250
- Cats & Dogs allowed (Max 2 per apartment)
