The Towne Apartments is a beautiful, renovated turn of the century property, ideally situated in the heart of Capitol Hill just a block from Cal Anderson park, a few minutes' walk to the light rail station, Seattle University, Seattle Central, and surrounded by parks, restaurants, and all the hot spots!

Our open one bedroom apartments feature all the charm of an old world building with high ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors, original trim details, and big bay windows that usher in lots of natural light. These units include kitchens with full-size refrigerators and gas ranges, lots of counter and cabinet space, and generous closet storage space within the unit. Additional storage, app-operated laundry facilities, and bike storage are also available in the building.
