La Rochelle is a small 14-unit, quiet building with friendly, respectful, long-term tenants. It is a well-maintained, family-owned 1960s building tucked away in a quiet pocket of Capitol Hill on a picturesque street.

There is onsite laundry, onsite bike storage and an onsite building manager.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests and pay rent/deposits easily online.

We gladly welcome cats and dogs up to 25lbs. with a deposit.
