• Screening Criteria:
o 650+ credit score
o 2.5x the rent in monthly income
o No open bankruptcies or evictions in the last 7 years
o No past landlord-tenant disputes with judgments in favor of the landlord.
Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.
